Our bespoke products are a labour of love, handmade by our skilled artisans, using locally sourced berries and ingredients wherever possible. These are made in our factory which is situated on the farm in the beautiful Banhoek valley.

Hillcrest Berry Orchards JAMS are made on the farm from traditional homestyle recipes, in small pots. Only choice grade fruit is used, sugar content is reduced and no bulk or preservatives are added.

All Regular Jams are Halaal certified.

Our MARMALADE is made with Seville Oranges. Seville oranges are known for their intense bitterness. Unlike sweet oranges, which most people prefer to eat fresh, Seville oranges are specifically used for making marmalade due to their unique flavor profile.

Whole Fruit Preserves

The name KONFYT in South Africa often refers to whole fruits preserved in a heavy syrup. We have used traditional recipes and fruits, adding a touch of spice to give them a new taste. They contain no artificial preservatives, colourants or flavourants and should be refrigerated once opened.
